ABOUT.

Sarah Saturday, originally from a small town in rural Wisconsin, has made a name for herself in the music industry over the past decade with an intense dedication to the underground music scene, through her own music (Gardening, Not Architecture), as well as her not-for-profit “Earn It Yourself” movement and tribute to the DIY ethos, with a community of over 10,000 bands and music supporters. From her years in pop-punk bands, to working in the offices and on the road with the Vans Warped Tour, to running her own marketing company in Los Angeles, and then finally returning to music full-time in 2009, she has remained focused on strengthening underground music and art communities with the tenets of her EIY philosophy, which promotes the virtues of creativity, honesty, cooperation, humility, resoluteness, and integrity.
